I am a gardener, orchard & forest garden designer and consultant, with a deep care for, and understanding of biodiversity, sustainability, and climate resilience. I work with people who want to transform their gardens or orchards into thriving, resilient spaces that support wildlife and can adapt to a changing climate, whilst being beautiful and welcoming spaces.
My background is in environmental protection and ecological land management, with recent training in forest gardening, permaculture, and community orchard design, alongside ongoing study of traditional garden design. I am also RHS qualified. It is this blend of environmental and horticultural understanding, with hands-on practice that shapes every project I take on, ensuring designs are both ecologically sound and grounded in how spaces are actually used.
I have experience working across both private and community spaces, from individual gardens, orchards and forest gardens, to shared community-led landscapes. This has given me a strong understanding of designing spaces that meet different needs, whether a quiet, personal retreat or a productive, inclusive garden, whilst always keeping biodiversity and long-term resilience at it's core.
As a professional gardener, I can also provide ongoing maintenance and practical support, helping gardens, orchards, and forest gardens continue to thrive long after the design is in place.
